Last updated: April 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PainRadar (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PainRadar is an AI-powered tool that scans publicly available Reddit data to identify user pain points, cluster them by theme, and assess willingness-to-pay signals for SaaS idea validation. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: Limited scans available at no cost, or unlimited scans using your own API key (BYOK).

Pro Plan ($29/month): Unlimited scans, tracker access, and premium features. Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

Single Reports ($9): One-time purchase for a comprehensive pain point report. Non-refundable once the report has been generated.

Payments are processed by Creem. By purchasing, you agree to Creem's payment terms. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase if no scans have been performed. Single reports are non-refundable once generated. To request a refund, contact gaotong86@126.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API
  • Resell scan results or reports without attribution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by PainRadar. Scan results and reports generated for you may be used freely for your business purposes. Reddit content displayed in reports remains subject to Reddit's terms of service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We analyze publicly available Reddit data — we do not access private or restricted content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that scan results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular business decision. PainRadar is a research tool — not business, financial, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PainRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service operator. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
